KAMLOOPS, B.C. - Indiana State junior sprinter Katie Wise (Morgantown, Ind.) will compete in two events as a member of Team USA at the Eighth North American Central America Caribbean (NACAC) Under 23 Championships this week. The competition will be held Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
